Methodology
How we measure success — net, not gross.
Revenue growth alone says little. A booking through a channel with 20 percent commission can look impressive gross and disappoint net. That is why we measure success not just in RevPAR but in Net RevPAR — revenue per available room after all distribution costs — and put results into the profit perspective (GOPPAR).
Every engagement starts with a solid baseline built from 12 months of PMS data. We compare against prior year and market (comp set), not gut feeling. One-off effects — renovations, events, capacity changes — are disclosed rather than silently counted in.
