RevenueRise Consulting is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of disabilities, technical limitations or usage context.
Conformance status
This website aims to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Current status: Partially conformant. The website has been developed according to WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. A full accessibility audit will be conducted before the official go-live and this statement will be updated accordingly.

- Color contrasts verified against WCAG 2.1 AA requirements

- Forms with correct labels, required attributes and error messages
- Google Fonts hosted locally — no external font requests

Non-accessible content
The following areas are still being reviewed and improved:
- Booking calendar (Calendly widget): Accessibility of the external widget will be reviewed after integration.
- AI chatbot: Keyboard navigation and ARIA live regions will be tested after integration.

Legal basis
Switzerland
The Swiss Disability Discrimination Act (BehiG) primarily applies to the federal government, cantons and companies with concession obligations. As a private B2B entrepreneur, RevenueRise Consulting is not directly subject to the BehiG.
The accessibility efforts are voluntary and follow the best practice recommendations of Access for All and the Swiss standard eCH-0059.
EU (Germany / Austria)
The European Accessibility Act (EAA) applies from 28 June 2025 primarily to B2C services. Since RevenueRise Consulting exclusively offers B2B consulting services, the EAA is not directly applicable.
