- We do not have an RMS — can we still work with you?
- Yes. Many of our clients start without a dedicated revenue management system. We begin with Excel-based structures, build your data foundation cleanly and introduce a fitting RMS later if it makes sense for your operation.
- Do we have to commit to a long engagement immediately?
- No. The initial call is free and non-binding. From there we usually recommend a one-time potential analysis before any longer collaboration is even meaningful.
- Which languages do you work in?
- Consulting and reporting in English and German. Working level French and Italian — useful for hotels operating in multilingual Switzerland.
- How fast can we start?
- Initial call typically within a week. A potential analysis takes about 5–7 business days after data handover. Ongoing pricing support can usually be set up within 2–3 weeks.
