1. Transparency about the Use of Artificial Intelligence

We want to be open about where artificial intelligence (AI) plays a role on this website. This page explains which content was created with AI assistance, how we handle AI assistants and AI search engines, and where you can ask questions. It follows the transparency requirements of the EU Artificial Intelligence Regulation (AI Act), whose transparency obligations apply from 2 August 2026.

2. AI-assisted Copy

Parts of the copy on this website were created with the support of AI systems and subsequently reviewed and edited by us. All statements about our revenue management services, pricing, references and terms come from our own records and are our responsibility.

Everything published here has been checked, approved and is the responsibility of Mona-Marleen Krüger of RevenueRise Consulting. For us, AI is a tool — editorial responsibility always stays with a human.

3. Imagery

Photos of people as well as client and reference images on this website are genuine and show the actual people and situations. Where we have created or edited graphic elements, illustrations or background motifs with AI assistance, these serve visual design purposes only and do not depict real events.

4. Chatbot

There is currently no active AI chatbot on this website. Our in-house AI assistant “RESI” is temporarily disabled and does not answer any inquiries at the moment.

As soon as we reactivate the AI assistant, it will be clearly identified as an AI system at the start of every conversation — so you always know that you are writing with an artificial intelligence and not with a human. If you would like to reach us today, a human replies via our contact form, by email, phone or WhatsApp — personally and reliably.

5. Structured Data for AI Assistants

So that AI assistants and AI search engines (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews) present accurate information about RevenueRise, we provide structured data: machine-readable Schema.org markup, an llms.txt with the key facts about our offering, and a WebMCP interface for AI agents. These offers contain the same information as the website itself and are intended to prevent AI systems from making false statements about us.
